BID: 2021 & 2022 Utility Location (Pot holing)

The City of Hillsdale is requesting proposals for the following projects:

PART 1 (BASE BID):
Utility pot holing via vacuum extraction for purposes of determining material types
on the house and street sides of the existing curb stops, as well as, determination of the
material type at the water main for a random sampling of water service throughout the
City of Hillsdale.

PART 2 (POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL WORK):
Utility pot holing via vacuum extraction for purposes of determining material types
on the house and street sides of the existing curb stops at additional locations within the
City of Hillsdale, generally in areas west of M-99.

RFP due date/ Public Opening:
Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm (local time) on October 28, 2021 at the following
