Boil Water Notice:

On 12/14/2018 the water line supplying your water needs to be cut and capped to allow other work to continue at Westwood Street. Residents from 53 Rippon Ave. to 107 Rippon Ave. will be effected.

The main line will need to be drained to allow the cut and cap to be done. Water should be off for a very short time.  Therefore when the water supply returns you will need to boil any water used for consumption or cooking.  It is safe to wash clothes and dishes and to bathe.

The boil water notice will be in effect until further notice, but could be as little as 48 hours after restoration of service.  Flushing a hose bib outside till clear will aid in the clearing of your household lines.

 An announcement on WCSR will be broadcast notifying of the lifted boil water requirement.
