Water & Sewer Operator

The City of Hillsdale, Michigan Board of Public Utilities is seeking a Water & Sewer Operator.  This is a Permanent full time position with fringe benefits.  Examples of duties include but are not limited to:

Installs/maintains water and sewer lines and mains

Repairs, tests and changes water meters, flushes hydrants and add chemical to mix tanks for potable wells.

Checks/maintains motors, pumps and valves at lift stations.

Valid Class Michigan Commercial Drives License (CDL)

High school graduate or GED, required to obtain Class S-4 and Class D-4 License within 18 months.
