NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hillsdale City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving written and oral public comment on the proposed rezoning of 8 E Bacon St (PIN: 006-327-427-04), 10 E Bacon St Lot (PIN: 006-327-427-05), and 10 E Bacon St Alley (PIN: 006-327-427-06) from RM-1 (Multiple-Family Residential) to B-2 (Downtown Business). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 5:30 PM, in Council Chambers on the third floor of Hillsdale City Hall, 97 N Broad St, Hillsdale, MI 49242.

Written comment may be submitted prior to the hearing by mail to: City of Hillsdale, Attn: Planning Commission, 97 N Broad St, Hillsdale, MI 49242, by email to: planning@cityofhillsdale.org, or delivered in-person at City Hall during business hours.
