City of Hillsdale (TIFA) awarded Grant for Dawn Theater Project

Dawn Theater Grant

On Tuesday, April 23, 2019 the Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF) Board approved a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the amount of $1,415,000 including funding for administrative costs for the Dawn Theater located in the City of Hillsdale. The City expects the total project cost to come in at or below $1,700,000 and to generate approximately 27 jobs.
