City Council - Public Hearing

Please take notice that the City Council will hold two public hearing during their regular meeting on Monday, October 17, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.  to afford all residents, taxpayers, taxing units, and the City Assessor to appear and be heard on the proposed issuance of the Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificate to Cambria Tool & Machine, Inc. for a project located at 121 W. Mechanic Street, Hillsdale, Michigan 49242 as well as an Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Exemption Certificate from JB Office Building, LLC, for the project located at 30 & 32 N. Howell Street, Hillsdale, Michigan 49242. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 97 North Broad Street. Hillsdale, MI.
