Please take notice that the City Council will hold Two (2) Public Hearings during their scheduled meeting on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Hillsdale City Hall, one hearing to consider an ordinance to amend Section 32-56 through and including Section 32-57 of Article II of Division II, Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Hillsdale for parking violation fines; and one hearing to consider resolutions for the confirmation of Special Assessment Rolls 22-07 Westwood Area and 22-08 W St. Joe/Griswold.
A copy of the proposed special assessment rolls and resolution can be found in the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours. Appearance and protest at this hearing is required in order to appeal the amount of the special assessment to the Michigan Tax Tribunal. An owner or party in interest, or his or her agent may appear in person or may file their appearance in writing c/o City Clerk, 97 N Broad St., Hillsdale, MI 49242.
