Council - Public Hearing

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held to consider a RESOLUTION FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLLS 2025-10 MONROE STREET at the Hillsdale City Council Meeting to be held Monday, April 7, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., City Hall Building, Hillsdale, Michigan, following which, the City Council may also take final action on said resolution. A copy of the proposed special assessment rolls and resolution can be found in the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours. Appearance and protest at this hearing is required in order to appeal the amount of the special assessment to the Michigan Tax Tribunal. An owner or party in interest, or his or her agent may appear in person or may file their appearance in writing c/o City Clerk, 97 N Broad St., Hillsdale, MI  49242.
