Public Hearing - SAD 2024-08 W. St. Joe/Griswold St.

Please take notice that the City Council will hold a public hearing during their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, August 21, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. for the proposed assessments for the W. St. Joe / Griswold Street Special Assessment District (SAD #2024-08). The total estimated cost of the project is $1,281,411.43 with $1,118,911.43 being paid by the City and $178,300.00 being assessed to property owners. The public hearing will review said assessment, at which time and place, opportunity will be given to all persons interested to be heard. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 97 North Broad Street. Hillsdale, MI.
