CITY OF HILLSDALE ADJUSTS OPERATIONS TO PROTECT STAFF AND RESIDENTS – COVID-19

CITY OF HILLSDALE STAFF AVAILABLE BY PHONE DURING REGULAR WORKING HOURS                                

The City of Hillsdale effective immediately will limit public access to City Hall and Hillsdale BPU in an effort to keep staff and residents safe.  The City asks residents to utilize the payment drop-box at City Hall as well as BPU to pay bills, utilize online bill payment on the City’s website, at www.cityofhillsdale.org or via phone at (517) 437-3387.

All essential services to City residents will continue. Please conduct business with the City over the phone, via U.S. Mail, the drop-box, email or online at www.cityofhillsdale.org.  Feel free to contact City Hall at (517) 437-6441 or visit the website for a staff email directory.  Meetings will occur on an as-needed basis, by appointment only.  In case of emergency, please call 911.  There is a 911 call box outside of City Hall doors.

Hillsdale Library is closed to the public, however, you can call the Library to pick up books.  Dial-A-Ride is operating as normal.  Department of Public Services office is closed to the public.  Please call the DPS office to make an appointment for a cemetery lot. Code Enforcement occupancy inspections for businesses and residents are suspended until May 1st.  Hillsdale Recreation will continue accepting registrations via mail and the drop-box at City Hall.  Fields of Dreams is closed to the public and the Baw Beese Park system will remain open at this time.

The City is continually monitoring the situation and may make further adjustments as conditions warrant.  Thank you for your patience during this time.
