With a population approximately 8500, the City functions under a Council-City Manager form of government and responsible for Police, Fire, Public Services, Recreation, Dial-a-Ride, Library and Board of Public Utilities. This is an FLSA exempt interactive management position for Human Resource department including the payroll administration.

Position Summary:

Responsible for administration of policies, procedures and programs including but not limited to fringe benefits, employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, workers compensation, classification and salary administration, insurances, defined benefit and defined contribution retirement programs.  Payroll administration including reports and W-2’s. Freedom of Information processing.
