A Regular Meeting of the Headwaters Recreational Authority will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hillsdale City Hall, 97 N. Broad Street, Hillsdale, MI 49242. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss submittal of a grant application to the MNRTF for funding of a proposed trail.
