City Foreman MPSI Certification

This City would like to recognize and congratulate City Foreman, Jason Blake on his completion of the Michigan Public Services Institute program. The American Public Works Association along with Central Michigan University presented Mr. Blake his certification on April 12th, 2018 in Mount Pleasant, MI.
