Public Services Dept accepting BIDS for 2: 5-6 yard Dump Trucks

The City of Hillsdale, Michigan, Public Services Department is currently accepting bids for the purchase of two 5-6 Yard Dump Truck. Bids shall be received at the City Clerk’s Office, Hillsdale City Hall, 97 N Broad St, Hillsdale, Michigan, 49242 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, January 25, 2018. No bids will be received after said time on said date. Immediately thereafter, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the second floor conference room at Hillsdale City Hall.
1. All Bids shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and marked “Bid-5-6 Yard Dump Trucks.”
2. Bids may be delivered by mail or personal delivery to the City Clerk’s Office, 97 N. Broad Street, Hillsdale, Michigan 49242, but must arrive there by 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 25, 2018. Any bids arriving at the City Clerk’s Office thereafter shall not be accepted or considered for any purpose what so ever.
