CITY OF HILLSDALE, MICHIGAN ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of Hillsdale is requesting proposals for the following project(s):
City of Hillsdale – City Hall Carpet Replacement

All work shall be in accordance with the project drawings and project specifications

RFP due date/ Public Opening:
Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm (local time) on Sept. 6, 2023 at the following location:
Hillsdale City Hall
Office of the City Clerk
97 N. Broad Street
Hillsdale, MI 49242

Scope of Work:
Remove and replace the existing carpet in the City Hall Council Chambers (3rd Floor) and
Conference Room (2nd Floor).

Pre-Bid Site Visits:
There will be no pre-scheduled site inspections, should you wish to visit the project site please

Proposed Project Schedule:
City Council Award of Contract: September 18, 2023
Project Completion: June 14, 2024
