Street Construction Update: Chip seal construction will begin on Monday, 8/26/19 on the north side of the City (Hillsdale and College streets working south) expect single lane closures. NO PARKING on any of these streets during the construction. Please call the Public Services Department with any questions at: 517-437-6490.
