PUBLIC NOTICE

CITY OF HILLSDALE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held to consider a proposed Ordinance to Amend the Code of Ordinances by adding a new section which shall be designated as Section 8-54 of Article II of Chapter 8 of the Code of the City of Hillsdale (Prohibition of Marihuana Establishments) at the Hillsdale Council Meeting to be held Monday, December 3, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., City Hall Building, Hillsdale, Michigan. Following which the City Council may also take final action on said ordinance.

Following which the City Council may also take final action on said ordinance.
