BID: Sanitary Sewer Lining

The City of Hillsdale is committed to the concept of competitive proposals. All
Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals which conform to the stated
specifications, or approved equal to the specification, which in the contractor's opinion
would be beneficial to the City of Hillsdale in terms of price and performance. The
City of Hillsdale reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals under these terms.
Contractor’s responsiveness, availability and quality of service will be of the utmost
importance in this agreement. Any Contractor, who is in default to the City of
Hillsdale at the time of submittal, shall have his proposal rejected. The City of Hillsdale
reserves the right to clarify any contractual term with the concurrence of the contractor.

Sanitary Sewer Lining
The City of Hillsdale is requesting proposals for the following project:
Lining of approximately 1,500 LF of 10” sanitary sewer pipe per these specifications on  on
W. Carleton Road (M-99) between
Mechanic Road and 411 W. Carleton
Road (Arby’s) within the City of Hillsdale. The City of Hillsdale can provide, upon request,
video of existing pipe for bidding purposes only and not for actual work.
Alternate pricing is being requested in case certain pipe sections are not able to be lined
and will require replacement by open cut.

RFP due date/ Public Opening:
Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm (local time) on October 28, 2021 at the following
