New Payment Options Now Available!

We have implemented a new payment system. Customers are now able to pay their bill online or via telephone in a quick and easy way. To pay using either method, you only need to know your account number and PIN, which can be found on your utility bill. We are also now able to take credit card payments at our office located at 45 Monroe Street, Hillsdale MI.

Pay by Phone

For payments by phone, please call (855) 798-1549 and follow the automated instructions.
You can also call the Hillsdale BPU office at (517) 437-3387 and select Option 2 when prompted.

The fee for credit card payments will be 3% of the transaction amount or $2.95 minimum whichever is greater.

Automatic Payments

To sign up for automatic payments with your checking or savings account, please print the form located below and deliver it to our office with the completed information. All automatic payments from your checking or savings account will not be charged any fee for this service if you sign up through our office with this form.
