Senior Citizen Registration

In Accordance with Public Act 173, House Bill 4658, Section 90, we must identify senior citizens and offer this Agreement. If you qualify and would like to enter into the Agreement, please complete this form and return to the BPU.

This agreement is for those 65 years of age or older and a current customer of the Hillsdale Board of Public Utilities.

By registering with the BPU as an Eligible Senior Citizen Customer, there is protection from being shut off for nonpayment of utility bills from November 1st through March 31st of each year.
